Generic Resident Handbook Now Available

We are pleased to offer to all Association members the attached Resident Handbook. This is being offered as a member service free of charge.

A draft of the document was introduced at the Annual Conference this past May in Moncton with the intent that it would assist groups in better managing their projects. It is intended that member groups use this generic document in developing their own handbook for use locally. Member groups should select those parts of the document that are relevant to their operations and arrive at a customized handbook that meets their local needs.
