  • PETER CORBYN

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Peter's diverse experience includes spending the first 15 years of his career in the automotive manufacturing sector, including four years as the Environment and Energy Director with the Canadian Automotive Parts Manufacturer's Association (APMA). His background also includes co-founding GreenNexxus, a sustainability focused software-as-a-service, co-founder of Al Gore's Climate Reality Project Canada, teaching at NBCC Saint John for four years, and designing, managing, and raising funds for 90+ affordable housing units in New Brunswick.

    Peter graduated from UNB in 1987 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently lives in Fredericton.

    Peter enjoys playing the drums, golf, and reading in his spare time.

  • PATRICK MACNAUGHTON

    MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER - NORTH

    Patrick’s professional experience includes a Victim Services Coordinator with the Government of New Brunswick, Human Services Coordinator with Vitalité Health Network at the Restigouche Hospital Centre, and Case Manager with Veterans Affairs Canada.

    Patrick lives in Restigouche region. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts double major in Psychology and Sociology.

    Patrick enjoys being active. He plays basketball, weightlifts, and hikes on his spare time.

  • GUY GRAVELLE

    PRESIDENT

    Guy lived and worked all his life in the Gatineau/Ottawa region until moving to McAdam, NB in 2017. Starting as a Master Electrician, his career progressed to general contracting and senior project management, including federal government projects like embassy refurbishments, federal buildings, and the North Warning System in Nunavut.

    He also managed condo builds for Brigil/Danmar and a data centre expansion for Bell Canada. After over 40 years in construction and project management, he retired and relocated to New Brunswick, where he now volunteers on several boards: McAdam Seniors Housing Complex, McAdam Heart and Home, the NB Non-Profit Housing Association, and as Director of the Fredericton Region.

    He enjoys fishing, golf, and a good cigar.

  • ALLISON FERRIS

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Allison is the Vice President of the New Brunswick Non-Profit Housing Association board and a long-time advocate for community housing.  

    She serves as a director with Abbey St. Andrew Inc., a 96-unit mixed income non-profit in Saint John, and was a founding member of the Range Housing Co-operative, a 184-unit housing co-op. 

    With more than 18 years of experience in the non-profit housing sector, Allison has worked to strengthen governance, build capacity, and advance sustainable housing solutions across Atlantic Canada. 

    Allison believes that housing is a human right. 

  • MAT ROULEAU

    TREASURER

    Mat Rouleau is the Director of Development for Project Village Housing, an affordable housing non-profit based in Blacks Harbour. He is also the President of Common Roots Housing and Development in St. Stephen and serves on the PRAC Board for the Southwest New Brunswick Service Commission.

    Mat has been working in the affordable housing sector since 2020. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade in construction as a carpenter and later founded Keyline Properties Limited to support local property management needs in Charlotte County. His hands-on experience in building and housing operations continues to inform his approach to development and rural housing solutions.

    Mat lives in St. Stephen with his wife, Grace, and their four children. He is proud to be part of the association and is inspired by the dedication and enthusiasm of its members. He looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and impact of the non-profit housing sector across New Brunswick.

  • DIANE TREMBLAY

    SECRETARY

    Diane is administrator at residence Les Amis du 3e Âge de Val D’Amours. 

    She has been sitting on the residence Board of Directors since 2018 and has represented the Restigouche region on the NBNPHA Board of Directors since 2020. 

    A trained translator, Diane worked at Campbellton Regional Hospital for 30 years before retiring. 

    She derives great satisfaction from her work and her interactions with the residents, and is constantly looking for ways to improve their lives. 

  • ROLAND NOËL

    PAST PRESIDENT

    Roland Noël is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Résidences Habitat Soleil Residences Inc.

    He has been an active member of the New Brunswick Non-Profit Housing Association for more than 12 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Regional Director for Chaleur–Peninsula, Treasurer, President, and most recently as Past President.

    Roland is also a member of the Richelieu Club of Bathurst and previously served as its President from 2006 to 2008.

  • CHRIS BOUDREAU

    DIRECTOR - SAINT JOHN REGION

    Chris Boudreau is a senior IT and operations executive that brings decades of experience in strategy, process optimization, and organizational leadership to the non-profit housing sector. Chris currently serves as Board President of Abbey St. Andrew, a long-standing non-profit housing provider in Saint John. Under Chris’s leadership, the organization has strengthened its governance, modernized its operations, and advanced key improvements, that enhance tenant well-being, building safety, and long-term sustainability. His work has focused on improving quality of life for residents, renewing aging infrastructure, and ensuring the building continues to serve the community with dignity and stability.

    His commitment to community development, combined with his work across multiple industries and boards, supports NBNPHA’s mission to build strong, sustainable, and people-centered housing throughout New Brunswick. 

  • STACEY GALLANT

    DIRECTOR - MONCTON REGION

    Stacey Gallant previously served for two years on the Cornerstone Co-op Board in her community. Stacey moved to Moncton, New Brunswick in 2010 from Rosemère, Quebec.

    She believes the New Brunswick Non-Profit Housing Association is making meaningful progress in raising awareness of the province’s urgent housing needs and is actively working toward solutions that will have an impact both provincially and across Canada.

    Stacey is proud to contribute to this work and looks forward to the board’s continued efforts and future success.

  • MICHAEL PELLERIN

    DIRECTOR - MIRAMICHI REGION

    Mike sits as a Board Director with NBNPHA representing the Miramichi area, his also the Treasurer of Les Logements de la Baie and Le Foyer de la Baie in Baie Ste Anne, NB 

    He also sits on the following boards in his community: Community Interest steering Committee , also served as a volunteer fireman for years and sat on Board of Education in Richibucto, NB 

    Mike moved to Hardwicke from Moncton, NB where he was Regional Manager for Eastman Kodak ( Danka Business Systems ) and also operated and managed his consulting firm in Healthcare across Canada for over 25 years. In his last 5 years was a Sales and Financial Manager at Miramichi Honda, then retired. 

    He is volunteering his time, knowledge and experiences within the community in helping non-profit housing and/or other related community aspects toward a better future. 

  • MURIELLE SAULNIER

    DIRECTOR - CHALEUR REGION

    Murielle Saulnier resides in the Regional Municipality of Tracadie, in the Sheila area. She has been actively involved as a volunteer with the Manoir Bellefeuille Inc. of Sheila since 2002. She began her service on the Board of Directors as a councillor and became President in 2018. Murielle also serves on the provincial Board of Directors of the New Brunswick Non-Profit Housing Association as the representative for the Chaleur–Peninsula region.

    Murielle built her career in education, having worked as a teacher, school principal, and President of the Teachers’ Circle. She also served as an Internship Services Advisor with the Faculty of Education at Université de Moncton.

  • REJEAN BONENFANT

    DIRECTOR - MADAWASKA-VICTORIA

    Réjean R. Bonenfant is the President of Villa des Lacs Inc., a non-profit housing organization serving autonomous seniors.

    Réjean is also a parish warden and President of the Parish Council for Economic Affairs at the Catholic Parish of Lac Baker.

    He holds several leadership roles within the Knights of Columbus, including Financial Secretary at the third degree level and officer at the fourth degree assembly, and manages the Clair Fraternal Centre Inc.

    Réjean is retired after more than 40 years of service as a civil engineering technologist with the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and remains actively involved in several community organizations.

  • Denver Boreland

    DIRECTOR - FREDERICTON REGION

    Denver Boreland has volunteered and worked with several community-based organizations, including the Nature Trust of New Brunswick, Fredericton Community Kitchens, and the Nashwaak Watershed Association.

    A lifelong resident of Fredericton, Denver is deeply committed to his community and cannot imagine living anywhere else. He believes that while addressing the housing crisis can feel daunting, it is a challenge New Brunswick can solve together.

    Denver has seen strong passion and determination among members of the New Brunswick Non-Profit Housing Association, which continues to strengthen his own commitment to this work.

    He believes that with continued collaboration, the province moves closer each day to living up to New Brunswick’s motto, “Hope Restored.”

  • Base fee of $400 per year, plus:

    • Projects under development: $0

    • 1 to 10 units - $5 per unit

    • 11 to 20 units - $4 per unit

    • 21 to 50 units - $3 per unit

    • 50+ units - $2 per unit

    • $225 per year

    • $325 per year for private for-profit businesses and municipalities

    • $200 per year for non-profit and charitable organizations
