From advocacy to training, our initiatives are designed to support members, build partnerships, and advance housing as a human right across New Brunswick.
Our mission is to serve members and strengthen their ability to advocate for and deliver safe, sustainable, affordable long-term housing through collaboration, education, and technology.
We do this through the three pillars of our strategic plan.

MEMBER COMMUNICATION
We update members with weekly e-bulletins, social media, a December newsletter, and Annual Report in May.

We host an annual conference, bi-annual regional meetings, and our annual golf tournament.

We provide monthly training sessions focused on all aspects of community housing governance and management.

We are launching a substantial members benefits package in April 2026.

We advocate for policies and processes that support the community housing sector in New Brunswick.

RAISE PUBLIC AWARENESS
We need to recruit about 300 new board members to the community housing sector now. Learn more.

We work closely with all levels of governments to address housing issues and secure funding.

CONDUCT RESEARCH
We do ongoing research to help members ensure long term sustainability, including succession planning.

We are launching regional networking events starting in June 2026.
