The session also highlights key sections boards should reference regularly to stay aligned with Housing NB requirements.

Clear, well-filled-out leases protect you as a landlord and help avoid disputes down the road. This workshop guides non-profit and co-operative housing providers through New Brunswick’s standard form lease, covering how to fill it out correctly and common mistakes to watch for. You’ll walk through the standard form lease section by section and come away knowing how to complete one that lines up with legislation and organizational policies.

En tant que président d’un conseil d’administration d’organisme sans but lucratif, vous assumez de lourdes responsabilités. Vous contribuez à orienter l’organisme, à favoriser une gouvernance efficace, à gérer les risques, à renforcer la reddition de comptes et à préparer le conseil aux défis à venir. Pourtant, de nombreux présidents se retrouvent confrontés à des questions difficiles :
Le conseil est-il prêt à concrétiser les priorités stratégiques de l’organisme?
