Nursing Homes Without Walls Information Session
Nursing Home Without Walls is a community-based program in New Brunswick that helps adults aged 60+ stay in their own homes longer.
Delivered by local nursing homes in partnership with provincial and community services, the program connects seniors to supports such as:
Accessing health, social, and government services
Friendly check-in calls or visits
Transportation to appointments and errands
Social activities and community connections
Equipment or supports like bathing assistance
Information on healthy aging and available resources
Services are free and tailored to each community, helping seniors age safely and independently at home.

Activités sociales et liens communautaires
